PLANS
There are basically two considerations for selecting a Tele Monalisa VoIP service plan:
Number of telephone lines you want to support; either one or two lines.
Your payment plan; either month-to-month or an annual subscription (offering better economy).
All TM service plans include:
Access to TM network service.
Call Waiting.
Caller ID.
3 way Conversation.
Speed Dialing.
Call forwarding.
Voice Mail.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
There are a few other items to consider when selecting Tele Monalisa:
All calls to subscribers of the Tele Monalisa network are free. For calls outside of the network, we have the most competitive CALLING RATES.
Our service is based out of Italy. Because of this, you will need to select an AREA CODE. For subscribers calling England, Italy or Romania frequently, this is a convenient way to minimize long distance calls outside of the network. But if this is of no concern to you, make no selection and Tele Monalisa will make a selection for you.
For all plans, when you call outside of the network you will be charged for the calls. This is posted to what is called your "RE-CHARGE" account. Under this approach, you maintain a minimal balance of money on hand to pay for your outside calls. When this balance gets dangerously low (due to your usage) the account is recharged by Tele Monalisa, thereby preventing interruptions in your service.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Actually, it is quite simple and involves only a few simple steps:
Go to our MEMBER CENTER and REGISTER AS A USER. A convenient form is provided and, Yes, your personal information is secure and will not be redistributed or reused for any other purpose.
SELECT THE TYPE OF PLAN that suits your needs.
SELECT HARDWARE - either an adapter or a VoIP phone (which includes an adapter).
SELECT A RE-CHARGE PAYMENT OPTION
CHECKOUT - where you will be asked for your credit/debit card.
